- Retirement is through the Monticello Police Pension Fund Board and Social Security. Retirement benefits with as little as 20 years of service.
- 10-hour shifts
- 2 weeks of vacation after a year, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years
- Up to 12 days of sick leave a year. 125 days can be banked.
- Up to 2 personal days each year
- 14 holidays a year, including your birthday/floating holiday
