The Monticello Parks and Recreation Foundation was created by City of Monticello City Council action, but is separate from the City of Monticello, and is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization.
The mission of the Monticello Parks and Recreation Foundation is to assist in securing financial and philanthropic support for the Monticello Parks and Recreation Department, and promote awareness of the benefits of all recreation to the community.
Individuals or organizations interested in making a donation to the Monticello Parks and Recreation Foundation for the purpose of supporting the recreation programs, can do so by submitting the donation Monticello Parks and Recreation Foundation, 210 N. Hamilton, Monticello, Illinois 61856.
