Bungalow
This cottage once housed the cook and gardener for the neighboring Kirby House at 619 North State Street. This house features the Bungalow style; rectangular shape, one an a half story, with replacement siding and belcast hip roof. The full width porch is set under the main belcast roof an has four tapered posts atop brick pedestals, a very wide frieze, wide overhanging boxed eaves, and low wood balustrade.
The one and a half story carriage barn outbuilding (c. 1905) has shiplap siding and gable roof, and the west elevation has an original slider door.
